Walk of Love & Certified 5K Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for the 2026 Walk of Love & Certified 5K at Ronald McDonald House! Set up time: 6:00 a.m. Breakdown time: 12:00 p.m. Event: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Ronald McDonald House does not guarantee entry to the Walk of Love & Certified 5K for any vendor. All applications are subject to review and approval. Ronald McDonald House reserves the right to reject any applicant for any reason. All vendors and participants of the Walk of Love are responsible for their own belongings. Ronald McDonald House is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen property. The 2026 Walk of Love & Certified 5K is a "rain or shine" event; however, the Walk of Love may be canceled in the event of an extreme weather event. All approved vendors will receive their assigned booth space two weeks prior to the event. Ronald McDonald House reserves the right to modify or move any vendors as they see fit. Vendors are required to staff their space from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at minimum. Any late set-up arrivals may not be allowed entry to the vendor area while the race is in progress and roads are blocked. By becoming a vendor, you agree to be photographed and videotaped for promotional purposes. All vendors are required to submit their list of goods ahead of time. Unsafe or inappropriate items (e.g. alcohol, weapons) are prohibited from the Walk of Love. Refund policy: Booth fees are non-refundable.

Vendors are responsible for setting up their own 10x10 ft. space. We do NOT provide vendors materials such as a table or tent. Thank you for your understanding.
