As a participating designer, you agree to the following:

I will attend the Designer and Participating Sponsor Luncheon at Ronald McDonald House in New Hyde Park in April 2026. This is where participating designers will receive their space assignments and a tour of the House. I will comply with the 'Requirements and Guidelines for Family Guest Suites and Spaces.' I will send a high-resolution headshot and logo file by April 2026. I agree that Ronald McDonald House New York Metro and its Stony Brook Project Design Advisory Group must approve all design plans and mood boards. I will submit design plans and mood boards by September 2026. I will send a final illustration of my assigned space (rendering) by June 2027. Acceptable hi-res file formats are .tiff, .pdf, or .jpeg (300 dpi). I will submit a digital journal ad (1920x1080 px) in a PPT or PDF format by July 2027. I am responsible for all work including labor and materials used in connection with the design of my assigned space. I will ensure my space is decorated, furnished and media-ready by August 2027. I am allowed access to the space during the designated time assignments, noting that contractors may work onsite Monday-Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. If additional time is required, I will make arrangements directly with Ronald McDonald House New York Metro. I will provide my Certificate of Insurance (COI) to Ronald McDonald House before beginning any work to my assigned space. Designers are encouraged to leverage Stony Brook Project Design sponsors and vendors as your partners in this initiative. I agree to remove all waste and trash in the provided dumpsters onsite. All waste and debris must be cleared out each day. I agree to participate in a designated photography and media week. I agree to be responsible for all electrical work in my assigned space. I will hire and work with a licensed and insured electrician for all electrical work. I agree to attend the Designer Showcase Gala in Fall 2027.
